Dama Dama Restaurant
DAMA-DAMA is the restaurant where Fabrizio Santucci, already “deus ex machina” of the “ Caminetto Restaurant” and the “Casina Valadier Restaurant” in Rome, proposes with the Executive Chef Emiliano Lombardelli his personal interpretation of the Tuscan and Italian cuisine. The space is an ironic and contemporary interpretation of an elegant shelter of mountain. The false trophies hunting’s design, the velvets, the natural fabrics, make it the unexpected place inside the resort whether to dine in pleasant boudoir with fireplace or to light of candle.
